Ohio Get Converted (OGC) provides Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dayton, and Columbus, Ohio with 15 weekly mobile clinics at various locations starting May 27, 2009 thru July 19.
Each site is equipped with support staff that has successfully completed technical and customer service training. Our staff is there to provide meaningful and pleasant service.
The purpose of the clinics is to provide hands on demonstrations as to how to install the digital converter box, select the appropriate antenna, rescan, and address any other questions. Also, we can assist consumers in ordering their DTV coupon. Each site also has reception maps and troubleshooting guides for them to take away. Mobile clinics are primarily held at community based organizations such as senior citizen apartments complexes, senior community centers, recreation centers, community carnivals, community action agencies, public housing, and churches.
